PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

NAIL SERVICES

1. Is my deposit refundable?

No. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. All deposits will got to towards the service booked. 

2. I don't like my nails. Can I receive a refund?

NO REFUNDS will be given.

Please note it is the goal of Glitterati Nails to make sure that each client leave their appointment satisfied. While this may not happen you will be given multiple chance during your service to express any discontent. We try to always collaborate with clients so that everyone loves the finish product. 

Clients requesting a customer full-set/ fill should note that the nail technician has control of the final design. Consultations will be done before starting any custom sets so  that the client may discuss any likes or dislikes (i.e. shapes, colors, lengths, etc...)

 

3. What method of payment do you accept during services?

Cash, Credit, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, and Zelle

4. Do you take large parties?

Yes. Please send any requests for private parties to info@glitteratinails.com 

5. Why do I have to pay a deposit?


Your deposit goes toward the cost of your service and secures your appointment slot. 

6. I need to cancel my appointment but, my appointment is in 5 hours. Will I be charged?

Cancellation Policy is as follows:

All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are cancelled after 24 hours and No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and a $25 service fee. Clients arriving to appointments later than 15 minutes will be charged service fee of $25 in addition to the cost of their service. If the schedule does not allow for the client to be serviced they will be charged as a no show. 

7. How long does an appointment take?


The length of an appointment varies based on the services being provided. Average appointments range from 1-1.5 hours. Please note custom full-sets require more time.

8. I want to get a design but, I did not book it?

When booking please make sure you include all services you would like to receive. The time slots are allocated by service. Extra services may not be permitted due to pre-schedule appointments. However we will do our best to accommodate all requests if time permits.

 

9.What is a custom set?

A custom set includes a variety of designs. Designs can include Swarovski crystals, marbling, Ombre, large charms, etc... This set also allows for me to have full creative control. Please do  not book this set if you have a specific design in mind. 

10. What products do you use?

I use a variety of the highest quality  products which reflect in pricing. I take no shortcuts when it comes to the safety and quality of my clients nails. 

11. What is the difference between EMA and MMA monomer?

Glitterati Nails ONLY uses 100% EMA Liquid Monomer.

EMA Liquid Monomer for Acrylic Nail has been made of 100% ethyl methacrylate.

That is the recommended ingredient to be used for liquid monomers. Product 100% free of methyl methacrylate. MMA is not considered healthy for your nails and skin in a liquid state, which is why you should only use No MMA nail monomers.
