Once your request has been reviewed and accepted (within 48 hours), you will receive an email which will outline detailed instructions to return the damaged item(s). In the interest of maintaining the integrity of our products, please be mindful that items that have been opened or used will not be accepted for exchange. If you are unable to identify an item you would like to receive in exchange for the damaged item, you may request store credit which will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issuance.
